End of Blogger FTP
On May 1st Blogger will stop publishing blogs by FTP. I could migrate to http://susanharper.blogspot.com/ but I don't think I will. I think I'll leave these four years here, and if I get the urge to post in the future I'll start somewhat anew over there. If there are any good reasons for me doing otherwise, do comment.

I know I understand having a blog here a blot there.. each with their own arc and topic. And what I know for sure is that if you start writing someone else, I would be very keen to be a reader:)
Thanks for your narration of Chickpea. In a weird way, it made me feel better.
I am sad that your blog will disappear. I realize it's fallen out of use, and for a long period before that it was "too zen to engage with"... I feel sad though, because when you stop blogging that will be the last regular contact between us cut. As fragile and ephemeral as it was, I guess I feel like it was a thread to times when we were closer friends.
