Aaaaargh! Poor you!
In the UK I was sent by my physio to an exercise circuit at the hospital where the first thing I did was fly off the back of the treadmill... the physios running the session were open-mouthedly aghast. The whole thing was like a bad slapstick sketch.
Oh S, so sorry that it is injured again. I was so hoping it was just sore and would be healed by today.
and karen, the first time my brother had me to the gym he works at, he flew me off the back of a tread mill -- He was trying impress a girl -- we overhear her say "God that guy is a real dick to his girlfriend" and I laughed and laughed!
